Residential Property Legal Assistant / Paralegal:   We are looking for an experienced legal assistant / paralegal to join our residential property team.   You will be expected to manage your own caseload. Your duties will include: Sending out letters of instruction Dealing with pre & post completion paperwork Drafting and submitting SDLT forms HM land registry applications/submissions/requisitions & registering new titles Preparing completion statements and paperwork Obtaining local authority searches/Thames water searches Speaking to clients and other solicitors and organisations. You will need to be able to work under pressure, have good interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude.
