Employment - Associate Solicitor

We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate Solicitor to join our busy Commercial Services team.  The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment work for a variety of both local and national clients.  This position is open to candidates of varying PQE as capability and character are key to this appointment.

You will be offering support to our Corporate Commercial team and will also be working in all areas of contentious and advisory employment law such as tribunals, TUPE, dismissals and settlements.  This role would suit someone who is looking for career progression and the opportunity to play a lead role in the future development of the team. 

The successful candidate should have:

·         The ability to manage and prioritise a significant work load

·         Excellent time management skills

·         The ability to work on their own initiative

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         The ability to work to tight deadlines

·         An enthusiasm about business development opportunities
