Location: Woking, Surrey

The Role

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to handle a variety of commercial litigation  matters, including:

• Contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debt recovery.

• Professional negligence claims and property disputes.

• Assisting with alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration.

• Supporting clients from diverse sectors.
