As part of our Residential Property team, you will support experienced lawyers in managing a variety of property transactions, helping to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

The Role

As a Legal Assistant in our Residential Property team, you will:

• Assist the lawyers with the management of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.

•  Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties to gather information and progress transactions.

•  Create contract packs, and assist with searches.

•  Support the team with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

This role is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to gain valuable experience in residential property law and build a career within a supportive team.

About You

• Has previous residential property experience at an administrative level.

• Demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Is detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
