We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Partner or Senior Associate to join our Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning (WTEP) team.  This is a unique opportunity to take a key role in a thriving and growing department within a firm that is committed, united, and progressive.

The Role

This role offers a fantastic platform to build and develop our private client practice. You will:

• Advise high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families on wills, trusts, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Lead and develop the Woking team, mentoring junior lawyers and helping to drive growth.
• Build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and professional networks.
• Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless service to clients.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm as we continue our ambitious expansion.

About You

 We are looking for an experienced private client lawyer who:

• Is a Partner or Senior Associate with a strong track record in wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Has experience advising high-net-worth individuals and handling complex matters.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Brings a proactive an entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to develop business.
• Share’s our firm’s progressive outlook and desire to shape the future of legal services.
