At Dutton Gregory, we are seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our thriving Chandler’s Ford office. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior litigator to bring their expertise to our highly regarded team.

Our Commercial Dispute Resolution team handles a wide range of contentious matters, from contractual disputes to professional negligence claims, for a diverse client base including individuals, businesses, and professionals.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, you will:
• Manage a varied caseload of general commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and debt recovery.
• Handle professional negligence claims, advising clients on complex and high-value matters.
• Provide leadership and guidance by mentoring and supervising junior members of the team.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver holistic legal solutions.
• Contribute to business development efforts by building and maintaining strong client relationships and participating in networking events.
• Play a key role in achieving the team’s strategic goals.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 10+ years PQE in dispute resolution/commercial litigation, with strong technical expertise.
• Demonstrates broad commercial litigation experience, with a particular interest or background in professional negligence (desirable).
• Possesses excellent communication and client management skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Has experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Is commercially astute, proactive, and motivated to contribute to the team’s success.
• Is eager to take on a leadership role within the team.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and shares our commitment to being Committed, United, and Progressive.
