Commercial Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal)
Location: Chandler’s Ford
Experience: NQ to 2 years’ commercial property experience
Are you a newly qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or a Paralegal with up to two years of commercial property experience? Do you have a keen interest in building your career within a dynamic and supportive legal environment?
We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing team in Chandler’s Ford. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied and exciting caseload while developing your expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, and leases
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Supporting senior lawyers on transactions
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients
- Providing practical and commercial legal advice
About You
- NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal with up to 2 years’ experience in commercial property
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the property sector
