We have the opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our busy and well regarded Agricultural & Property Litigation team, based in our Cardiff office.
The successful candidate will be assisting a varied workload in a growing team. Full training and mentor support will be provided, along with the opportunity to further develop your career in the legal industry. You should have exceptional interpersonal skills and an eye for accuracy and attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate that you are client focused, collaborative and adaptable.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
· Effectively assisting fee earners at all levels with general tasks and day to day running of property litigation and agricultural dispute files
· Dealing with client updates or enquiries and attending client appointments, conferences with Counsel and Court
· Research for legal cases and preparing necessary legal documents
· Working collaboratively with a team of solicitors, legal assistants and secretaries, in order to achieve an excellent and effective client service. The team consists of three directors, one senior associate, one associate, two trainees and one secretary split between our Cardiff and Swansea offices
