Are you a creative and highly organised events professional who thrives on bringing people together and making things happen? Join us at Dutton Gregory Solicitors as our new Marketing Executive – Webinars & Events and play a key role in shaping how we connect with clients and partners across our regional offices.

As our Marketing Executive – Webinars & Events, you’ll be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering both online webinars and in-person events that support our lawyers and business goals. From legal seminars to networking receptions, your work will drive engagement, attract new clients and intermediaries, and help amplify our brand. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, creativity, and confidence in event delivery are essential.

The Role

As a Marketing Executive – Webinars & Events, you’ll:

  • Organise and run webinars and in-person events across our regional locations.
  • Set up Dutton Gregory conference stands and support lawyers with talks and presentations.
  • Collect and record attendee information to support follow-up and CRM activity.
  • Ensure all events and webinars are purposeful, relevant, and strategically aligned.
  • Evaluate the success of each event and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with fee-earners to identify suitable topics and audiences.
  • Manage and replenish marketing collateral stock across our five offices.
  • Maximise exposure from events, speaker slots, and publications.
  • Use digital platforms to enhance content reach and client experience.
  • Support CRM processes to increase ROI from event activity.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar events-focused marketing role.
  • Confident in leading the delivery of in-person events like conferences and roundtables.
  • Skilled in using webinar platforms and setting up online events is essential.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
