The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Solicitor (2+ PQE preferred) to join our growing Family Department. You will handle a broad range of family law matters, offering sensitive, professional support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of family law matters to include divorce, separation, financial settlements, child arrangement orders, pre- and post-nuptial agreements

• Providing empathetic and clear advice to clients, ensuring their needs are at the center of everything you do

• Conducting advocacy where appropriate

• Drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements

• Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties

• Contributing to the continued success and reputation of SMR Solicitors

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Family Law (other levels of experience will be considered)

• Strong technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of family law

• Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

• A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
