The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our busy and friendly Residential Property Department. You will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, delivering high-quality service to a loyal and growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters

• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction

• Maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring a smooth client journey

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across our offices

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (all levels of experience considered)

• Strong technical expertise in residential property transactions

• Excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills

• Ability to handle a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision

• A proactive and flexible approach, with a keen attention to detail

• Experience with case management systems (Redbrick desirable)
