The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our established and highly regarded Wills and Probate Department. You will manage a varied caseload and provide a sensitive, high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts

• Providing clear, empathetic advice tailored to clients' individual circumstances

• Drafting Wills, LPAs, and relevant trust documentation

• Advising on Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices

• Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the firm's excellent reputation

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal (all levels considered)

• Solid experience in private client work, particularly Wills and Probate

• Strong client care and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team

• A compassionate and professional approach to client service
