We are seeking a proactive and driven Enforcement Executive to join our Property Letting & Revenue Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background who is looking to build a long-term career in law, with ambitions to qualify as a solicitor within 2-3 years.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients with property-related matters, particularly those involving enforcement and revenue recovery.

The Role:

As an Enforcement Executive, you’ll be:

• Managing enforcement processes for property-related matters, including debt recovery and tenancy breaches.
• Communicating effectively with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and provide guidance.
• Drafting correspondence and legal documentation to support enforcement actions.
• Handling incoming queries via phone and email, delivering clear and accurate advice.
• Managing your caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Working collaboratively within the Property Letting & Revenue Team to provide exceptional client service.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should be:

• Educated to degree level in law (or equivalent qualification) with a strong interest in property law and enforcement.
• A confident and clear communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
• Ambitious, with a desire to progress within the legal profession — this role is ideal for someone seeking to qualify as a solicitor within 2-3 years.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
