Experienced Solicitor – Lifetime Planning

Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and driven Solicitor to join our esteemed Lifetime Planning team in West Wales, with a specialist focus on estate planning and estate administration. You may be a Senior Solicitor looking for your next progression opportunity or a Director/Partner looking for your next challenge.  This is a unique opportunity to lead high-value, complex matters and provide bespoke advice to a variety of clients.

You will play a key role in delivering tailored succession and inheritance planning for a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, along with strategic advice on wills, trusts, probate and tax planning.  You will also assist to mentor and supervise a team of Advisors and Junior Solicitors.

The role will primarily involve:

·         Advising on all aspects of lifetime estate planning, including wills, LPAs, and trusts

·         Managing and administering complex and high-value estates, including those with agricultural property relief (APR) and business property relief (BPR) considerations

·         Working closely with clients to protect family assets and plan for succession

·         Leading client relationships and mentoring junior team members

·         Collaborating across teams including Property and Corporate on multidisciplinary matters

·         Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
