Are you a skilled Residential Property Executive ready to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where quality and care are paramount? Dutton Gregory Solicitors is looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing Residential Property team.

As a Residential Property Executive, you will be responsible for managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. This includes working on a variety of property transactions including new builds, shared ownership, and leasehold properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build developments, and shared ownership transactions
  • Maintain and develop relationships with developers, housing associations, and other key referral partners
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality service and legal advice to clients with excellent communication throughout the transaction
  • Ensure all work is compliant with SRA guidelines and firm procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to ensure the best outcomes for our clients

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
  • Expertise in new build and shared ownership transactions would be a benefit but not essential
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong referral and business relationships
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • A flexible and collaborative approach in line with our values
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
