We are seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join our Inheritance & Trust disputes team.
The role will involve a broad caseload including contentious probate matters involving challenges to the validity of wills, claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and equitable claims including proprietary estoppel and disputed trusts and trustees.
While prior experience in contentious probate is welcome, it is not essential. If you have a background in litigation or probate and are keen to specialise in a complex, rewarding field, we want to hear from you.
The role is based in our Carmarthen office but travelling to other offices will be a requirement of this role.
