About the role

We are on the lookout for an Employment Lawyer to join our team at our Clifton Moor office in York.  Providing practical and pragmatic solutions and advice to our clients on the full spectrum of Employment law matters including TUPE, redundancy, contracts of employment, Employment Tribunals,  discrimination claims, settlement agreements, reorganisations, disciplinary and grievance issues and staff handbooks - this is a great opportunity to work with within a busy and supportive team whilst managing your own high quality caseload.

What we are looking for:

We need someone who will fit in well with our existing team and develop a great relationship with our clients. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A good range of solid Employment Law experience (you will need to be a Solicitor)
• A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
• The ability to develop a good rapport with clients
• Superb levels of client care
• Some experience in successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives
