With a focus on getting the very best from our investments in technology, we have an opening for a newly created role as an IT Application Trainer.
You will deliver high calibre in-house training and support on all of our IT applications to all employees and new starters within the firm, including a mix of bespoke systems, Microsoft Office and 365, together with providing guidance on internal IT policy and process.
The role will include designing and delivering internal IT project based training and associated material, regular informal ‘floor walking’ support, answering ad-hoc queries from our employees and the helpdesk, and providing 1:1 desk-side assistance as and when required.
You will have well-developed interpersonal and facilitation skills, good oral and written communication skills and a positive and proactive attitude. You will also be able to work autonomously, with a methodical and logical approach.
This position will require regular travel to all of our offices and so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
In addition to having experience and confidence in delivering training in a professional services environment, the successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 or above. Additionally, knowledge of Office 365, SOS Connect / Practice Manager, Solcase / Visualfiles or similar case management software, and BigHand Dictation or similar would be desirable.
