We are looking for an administration assistant to join our driven Residential Conveyancing team in Bournemouth. Working with the fee earners, and legal secretaries, the role will be to provide a full administrative and secretarial support service to the team, including: file opening and closing; taking telephone calls; typing correspondence, assessing and completing online property forms including Land Registry and Inland Revenue; creating invoices; carrying out online compliance checks; and general day to day administration.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will have good communication skills, be keen to learn, and have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
