An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join the Facilities and Administration team at Dutton Gregory.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional front of house service for our clients, as well as providing administrative support for the office. Tasks will include ensuring clients and visitors are greeted and dealt with in an efficient, courteous and responsive manner, providing back-up support for the switchboard, ordering stationery and supplies for the office, scanning, attending to incoming and outgoing post and DX, arranging couriers, and other administrative duties.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous reception/front of house experience in a professional services environment. You will also have a “can do” attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced and often demanding environment.
