We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join our team in our Chandler’s Ford office (which will include some remote working).
This role will involve: being the first point of contact for the IT Helpdesk, providing basic diagnostics and simple fixes as well as escalating issues when required, assisting with IT housekeeping and supporting the implementation of software and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and inter-personal skills, be process driven and have great attention to detail. Moreover, you will be able to remain calm under pressure and be eager to learn. You will be required to travel between our different offices so will need to hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a car.
You will work towards an apprenticeship in IT, where we offer a comprehensive training and work experience programme. You will have the opportunity to gain NVQ qualifications, and earn as you learn. The apprenticeship contract will run for an 18 month period.
