Job Description
We are looking for a paralegal to join our Residential Property team in Chandler’s Ford.
Our team of experienced conveyancers support a variety of transactions including: sales and purchases of all types of residential property, freehold and leasehold, help-to-buy and re-mortgaging and equity release.
Your role will involve assisting our fee earners as well as managing your own caseload of residential matters: opening files, completing SDLT forms, post completion matters etc.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of one years’ experience within residential property. Moreover you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including a confident telephone manner), a strong work ethic and be able to confidently demonstrate working under your own initiative with minimum supervision.
