Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our busy Residential Property team in our Winchester office.

Our team of knowledgeable conveyancers support a variety of transactions including: sales and purchases of all types of residential property, freehold and leasehold, help-to-buy and re-mortgaging and equity release.

Your role will involve providing general administrative support to the wider team including filing, scanning and file opening and closing, as well as carrying out online searches and compliance checks. Moreover, you will be required to communicate effectively with fee earners and clients, providing updates on individual matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised and detail-orientated. Furthermore, you will be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Hours: 25 hours per week (9.30am to 2.30pm)
