We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our busy residential property team in Winchester.
Our team of experienced conveyancers support a variety of transactions including: sales and purchases of all types of residential property, freehold and leasehold, help-to-buy and re-mortgaging and equity release.
Your role will involve providing exceptional administrative support to our fee earners. Your responsibilities will include: file opening and closing, carrying out online searches and compliance checks as well as general administrative tasks such as filing and scanning. Moreover, you will be required to communicate effectively with fee earners and clients, providing updates on individual matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised and detail-orientated. Furthermore, you will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
