We are currently seeking a scanning assistant to support our busy Business Support team. Your role will involve managing and scanning all incoming post for the residential property team. You will be required to open, prepare and scan documentation to the assigned case. Moreover, you will need to separate any original documents and ensure they are passed to the correct member of the team.
Ideally, you will have strong communication skills, be detail-orientated and highly organised. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and get your first (or further) office experience with a well-regarded professional practice. Please contact us ASAP!
