Job Description

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team based in our Chandler’s Ford office.

 

We pride ourselves on helping others succeed by supporting and enabling others to bring their best selves to work in order to do their best work.

 

Your role will involve providing essential and seamless administrative support to the HR Director, HR Executive and Internal Trainer. Furthermore, you will be heavily involved in general recruitment processes: drafting job advertisements, promoting roles on social media and assisting with interview procedures.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a professional environment, ideally within a learning, HR or recruitment environment. You will need to be a pro-active, highly organised and detail-orientated individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Above all, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills as you will be required to build strong relationships with people across all levels of the business.
