Job Description

We have an exciting new role for a Client Services Assistant to join our expanding Client Services team.


Acting as an ambassador of the firm, this role will involve confidently answering a busy switchboard and handling calls in a polite and empathetic manner, delivering an exceptional client experience.


You will often be the first point of contact for clients so will need to provide a friendly and efficient service. Furthermore, you will provide general support to our administration team when required.


The role can be based in either our Bournemouth, Chandler’s Ford or Winchester office.


The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of two years professional services customer service experience in a reception or switchboard role. You will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently as you will be liaising with clients and staff in all levels of the business. You will be an articulate, enthusiastic and highly organised individual who remains calm under pressure.
