We have an exciting position available within our Residential Property Team based at our Office in Chandlers Ford.

This role will involve working directly with our Partner Paul Sams and assisting him with the day to day running of his team.

You are likely to be qualified either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and will have a proven track record working on a range of property matters.   Some of the specialisms within Paul’s team include general residential property, residential development & leasehold enfranchisement work.  

Naturally, you will be a solutions focussed, excellent communicator and team player. You will undoubtedly share our desire to provide the best level of service to clients.

“…. a great variety of work from an option to sell or acquire land, drafting a set of leases for a block of apartments, drafting transfers for sale of new houses to agreeing planning or nitrate mitigation plan documentation the work is hugely interesting with a great variety.  The one thing that is constant is the fast pace at which client’s will expect things to be done.  This makes it hugely challenging; immensely satisfying and incredibly exciting work to undertake in a fun environment”.
