Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join our Private Client Department to manage a busy caseload.
You must have at least 2 years PQE Private Client with a strong background in extensive Will writing and Probate, preparing wills and powers of attorney, Inheritance tax, Court of protection, Trusts, Estate planning, estate administration.
Candidates should be energetic, organised and able to foster and maintain good relationships with clients and agents.
You need to be a team player but also able to work on your own under pressure. You must have the ability to get the job done whilst keeping client relationships to a high standard and a good ambassador for the Firm.
