Job Description
We have a vacancy for a commercial property solicitor with the commercial department. This role comprises a varied caseload based primarily at our Clevedon office and working directly with our head of Commercial Property. You will have responsibility for your own matters and also have the opportunity to assist on larger deals within the department. In addition, there is the opportunity to provide corporate support in respect of business transactions.
You will be expected to build relationships locally and drive business development both within North Somerset and across our geographical areas.
This role would suit a solicitor of 0-3 years qualification with experience in dealing with commercial property transactions, however more experienced applicants are also welcome.
