About you

You’ll have over 1 years previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal and looking for a fresh challenge. You will be positive, professional, have a client focused approach and a great team player.

About the team you will be joining

Our Residential Property department specialise in providing advice and assistance to clients in the area of conveyancing. We link up where required with other specialist departments in the firm in an open and welcoming environment, which encourages teamwork and co-operation.

We have a partner led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure which helps to develop junior members of the team and allocation of work to the right level.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to the conveyancing team, concentrating on specific parts of the conveyancing process as requested.

Day -to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting fee earners with the day to day running of a large caseload.
• Liaising with client, solicitors and estate agents and reporting back on progress.
• Drafting legal documentation and production of routine correspondence. Creating and amending property related documentation.
• Taking instructions from Solicitors for sale and purchase files.
• Dealing with ordering routine property searches.
• Updating the case management system.
