As part of the VWV group, we work alongside our leading lawyers to build and maintain a range of products. Our Product and Sales Manager is recruiting a Sales Executive to support her on a full time basis.

VWV Plus is a part of the VWV Group and is a subsidiary of Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP. It aims to help clients resolve and manage their legal needs, manage compliance and implement best practice. In this newly created role, you'll work with the Product and Sales Manager to implement a sales strategy to grow the VWV Plus client base across our increasing range of products and solutions. There is a big pipeline of leads for VWV Plus and you'll focus on familiarising yourself with these and nurturing the opportunities through each stage of the pipeline.

Enjoy getting creative? Great, you'll suggest and experiment with new ways to create sales opportunities and progress existing ones. You'll arrange demos as well as have the confidence to deliver them yourself to prospective clients. Research will also play a part of your role such as looking in to competitors and potential new prospects.

Where Will I Be Working?

Prior to the pandemic, we'd made a commitment to our approach in respect of flexible working requests, being open to new ways of working that enabled everyone to work more effectively.  Our people are currently increasing their time working from the offices, where our lovely culture is clear to see.  We work hard but we also have fun, and we've missed that social interaction with each other that really embeds that culture.  We have virtual meeting capability so we can stay in close contact across the offices or when working from home. 

Whilst there will be some requirement to work from the Bristol office, especially whilst training, our flexible and agile approach means that we're happy to discuss hybrid working arrangements with candidates on an individual basis.

Your passion, drive and ability to listen will see you thrive in this role. Whilst your enthusiasm for sales is important, this is not your typical "cold calling" opportunity. Your confidence and resilience coupled with your friendly and professional approach is exactly what we are looking for.

Proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets is a great indication of your success to come in this role. Having said that, personality and culture fit is absolutely essential.
