Job Description
Residential Property Legal Assistant / Paralegal:
We are looking for an experienced legal assistant / paralegal to join our residential property team. You will be expected to manage your own caseload.
Your duties will include:
- Sending out letters of instruction
- Dealing with pre & post completion paperwork
- Drafting and submitting SDLT forms
- HM land registry applications/submissions/requisitions & registering new titles
- Preparing completion statements and paperwork
- Obtaining local authority searches/Thames water searches
- Speaking to clients and other solicitors and organisations.
You will need to be able to work under pressure, have good interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude.
