The Role

We have an exciting position available within our Landlord & Tenant Team based at our Head Office and Chandlers Ford.

This role will involve working on a range of Landlord & Tenant matters, to include dilapidations, rent arrears and evictions.

Suitable candidates are likely to have some experience working in litigation, although L&T experience isn’t essential.    You won’t be attending Court hearings, but you will be managing a full caseload of litigation matters.

Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator and will share our desire to provide the best level of service to clients.  We are seeking a candidate with fantastic organisational and time management skills.

There is scope for career progression with this role.  Many of our trainee solicitors have been appointed from our L&T team.  Our structure within each team allows us to offer a potential career to everyone who joins DG.
