The Role:


We have an exciting position available, for an office assistant based in our Liverpool office.


This role will involve supporting the team with office administration, such as opening and sending post, arranging meetings, answering the telephone, welcoming clients, scanning, filing and closing files, together with general office admin work such as organising meeting rooms, ordering stationery and other facilities related tasks.  


You will be an excellent communicator and will take pride in your work, you will be inquisitive and highly organised.   On the job training will be provided and you will receive a full induction with our IT systems etc.     This role is based onsite in our city centre office.
