Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate

Hughes Paddison is a well-established independent legal practice with over 35 years of experience. We have an excellent reputation and offer a wide range of legal services to private clients and businesses.

We now have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join our commercial property team.

About You

The successful candidate will have at least 5-6 years PQE with a following, they will be passionate about their field, they will want to progress their career and be experienced in undertaking a broad range of commercial property work.

In addition they will:

• Be commercially aware, adept at applying legal knowledge effectively to provide commercially beneficial advice to clients
• Be able to manage a varied caseload or commercial property matters such as leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinance, landlord and tenant matters etc independently and as part of a team
• Have excellent client care skills and able to develop long lasting relationships
• Have demonstrable experience in business development with great networking skills
• Have strong IT skills, experience of using a case management system and a positive can-do attitude
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
