Are you a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer looking to join a dynamic, growing team? At Dutton Gregory, we’re seeking a talented solicitor or qualified legal executive with up to 10 years PQE to join our thriving Commercial Property team in our Woking office.

Our Woking office is home to a talented and collaborative team working on a wide range of high-quality matters. As part of our Commercial Property team, you’ll have the opportunity to take on diverse and challenging cases while contributing to the continued success of our firm.

The Role

In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial properties.
• Portfolio management.
• Property development, options and site development.
• Sales and acquisitions of freehold land and buildings.
• Planning.
• Funding agreements and borrowing.
• Working with a diverse client base.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on good-quality cases and play a key role in strengthening our Commercial Property team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a solicitor or qualified legal executive who:

• Has up to 10 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Is confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Possesses excellent communication and client relationship skills.
