What is the role doing:
The role will involve carrying a case load of defended Landlord & Tenant matters. The role is client facing and you will also be involved in training team members in the department and will offer some training externally as well.
You will be required to supervise others’ work and you will be willing to mentor others within the team.
The role will involve managing your clients well and building relationships with both new and existing clients, with the support of the department BDM.
You will assist the Head of Department with building and delivering service packages to agents. You will naturally keep yourself abreast of any changes and developments in the market.
Repossession knowledge is not essential as the team are happy to train, but you will have excellent knowledge of the CPR.

What are we looking for:
We are seeking a candidate who has excellent Litigation experience. You will enjoy networking and business development. You will also enjoy training and developing others in the team.
You will be a team player and will have an eye for spotting opportunity. If you have L&T experience some block management experience would be advantageous.
You’ll be passionate about this area of law and you’ll be wanting to deliver a high level of service to your clients.
