This long-established central Bristol Law firm are seeking an experienced family law practitioner to join their busy and growing family law team. The successful candidate will have competence in the following areas: Children law; both public and private Domestic Violence, Cohabitation, Knowledge of the following areas is desirable but not essential: Ancillary Finances Divorce Advocacy The caseload would consist of a mixture of privately funded and legal aid cases, knowledge of legal aid would be helpful but training can be made available. The candidate may bring a following with them but this is not essential as we are a busy firm with a high level of work available. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Litigation team to assist in the provision of a legal service to landlords, letting agents, and general private and commercial clients in a wide caseload of civil litigation matters.
