We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Paralegal who is diligent, self-motivated and a fast learner. The successful candidate will be working directly with a Partner. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with variety of property matters in either residential / commercial or both. You must have technical knowledge commensurate to your level of experience as well as a pro-active approach to risk management, a willingness to learn and a good knowledge of property transactions. Client care is a priority of DKLM, and you should be able to demonstrate when you have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service to the client.
