We are looking for a dedicated Graduate Legal Assistant/ Trainee Solicitor to join our busy and specialist Property Litigation team for a 2-year fixed term where you will receive partial funding towards the cost of your SQE exams or PSC courses.
In this exciting and varied role, you will work with experienced Solicitors gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious property matters including: landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, rights of way and easements, dilapidation claims, property related contractual disputes.
The key responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):
· Assisting in managing and providing support on a variety of property litigation cases
· Conducting legal research, drafting correspondence, and liaising with clients
· Helping prepare bundles, attending client meetings, and assisting in the management of case files
· Providing general administrative support and assistance to case handlers.
What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience in property litigation is advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided
· Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn
· A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
· The ability to work diligently at a highly professional level
· Commitment to team goals and personal development
· LPC graduate or enrollment on a relevant SQE course - this role meets the requirements for Qualifying Work Experience (QWE).
