Qualified Solicitor – 2 or 3 years PQE Plus.

To be based in either of our Bala, Gaerwen, Kington, Newcastle Emlyn offices.

We are currently looking for a qualified lawyer to join our forward‑thinking, dynamic and sector‑leading team of specialist rural solicitors and advisors. At Agri Advisor, we are a collaborative group of experts in agricultural and rural law, working together to deliver the best solutions for our clients across Wales and Herefordshire. Applicants may or may not have agricultural experience to date but may be looking to develop their expertise in this area and will be supported in their development to do so.

Agri Advisor would be particularly interested to hear from individuals who have experience in private client work, litigation, family law, employment law, corporate/commercial work who would like to be based at one of the offices listed above and develop their career in the context of agricultural and rural clients. We encourage applications from lawyers seeking to return to practice after a period away from the profession.

• Excellent communication skills and very approachable.  
• Keen to develop your own profile and take part in business development activities on behalf of the business.  
• Full clean driving license as candidates will be required to travel to visit clients and attend meetings across the UK.  

Please note travel between offices and visiting clients across England and Wales is required as part of all positions.

Salary for this role is dependent on experience, reflecting the skills and expertise each candidate brings. We ensure our remuneration remains fair, and competitive, demonstrating our commitment to valuing and investing in every member of our team.

As several of our clients are Welsh speaking, the ability to converse and write in Welsh would be advantageous.
