This is a rare opportunity to join our Management Team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. We are looking for an experienced and motivated People & Culture Manager to join us and play a key role in supporting the continued success and growth of JCP.

The Role
The People & Culture Manager will lead the people function across the business and will sit as part of the Business Support Leadership Team, contributing to day-to-day business decisions.
You will manage and support a People & Culture Advisor and People & Culture Administrator, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, proactive and supportive HR service across all offices.
This role requires someone who is operationally strong whilst also able to think strategically, build relationships across the business and champion engagement, wellbeing and culture.
You will be based in Swansea but will be expected to travel to other offices when required.
