Commercial Property Associate Solicitor

Job Description

Are you a Solicitor with up to two years' post-qualification experience and are looking to develop your career within a leading Commercial Property team?

Our Commercial Property team advises a diverse range of clients, from SMEs, investors and developers to charitable organisations, agricultural businesses and public sector bodies. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Associate Solicitor to join our highly regarded team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Legal Directors and Associate Solicitors, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters while receiving structured support and ongoing development. Our Commercial Property team includes experienced Directors and Associate Solicitors across South and West Wales, providing a collaborative environment for career growth.

The successful candidate should be pragmatic, supportive and approachable.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload including:

·         Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

·         Landlord and tenant matters

·         Commercial leases and lease renewals

·         Property development transactions

·         Secured lending and refinancing work

·         Supporting corporate transactions involving property assets

You will manage your own files where appropriate while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions.

About You

We would love to hear from candidates who:

  • Are a qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years PQE
  • Have experience in commercial property matters through training contracts, previous employment or relevant seat experience
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Are committed to delivering outstanding client service
