Salehs LLP is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Solicitor (7+ years PQE) to join our growing team based in Didsbury.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters. The type of work will include but not limited to :
- Sale and purchase of Commercial Property
- Leases
- Landlord and Tenant
- Secured Lending
- Auction Sales
- Commercial Agreements
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- 7+ years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in Commercial Property
- Excellent case management and organisational skills
- Strong client care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to undertake supervisory responsibilities, including supporting and overseeing junior staff and paralegals where appropriate
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
