Solicitor/CILEX - Private Client

The Role

Clifton Ingram LLP is currently recruiting for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our well-established Wills and Inheritance Team in Wokingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years’ post qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.  The role offers genuine opportunities for progression potential for the right candidate.

You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate
• Tax planning
• Trust administration work
• Court of protection

In addition to running your own files, you will support other members of the team and play an active role in business development initiatives. This includes networking and building relationships to enhance both the profile of the department and the Firm as a whole.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2-4 years' PQE in private client work.
• Have strong technical expertise across a range of private client matters.
• Be able to manage your workload effectively and work with minimal supervision.
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building and business development abilities.
• Be a proactive and collaborative team player.
