Solicitor/FCILEX/Licensed Conveyancer - Residential Conveyancing

Clifton Ingram is seeking an experienced Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with 3-5 years' PQE to join our rapidly growing Residential Conveyancing team in Reading.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will also provide support to colleagues within the team and play an active role in business development initiatives, networking activities, and promoting the profile of both the Firm and the Residential Conveyancing department.

Your caseload will include a broad range of residential property matters, providing the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and further develop your technical expertise.

The Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who can demonstrate:

 Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualification with 3-5 years' PQE

• Experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
• Excellent client care, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and proactive approach to business development
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and the confidence to work with minimal supervision
