We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate at least 5+ years PQE to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an established conveyancer who has a strong track record, delivers an outstanding client experience and has an existing following/referral network. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of residential property matters, including (but not limited to): ·        Sales and purchases ·        Freehold and leasehold transactions ·        Remortgages ·        Shared ownership ·        Lease Extensions You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships through active business development, clear and practical advice, and through the delivery of exceptional client service.
