We are seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Solicitor to join our Inheritance & Trust disputes team .  Whether you’re newly qualified or bring several years of experience, we want to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a niche and growing area of law, with the support of a nationally recognised team. The role will involve a broad caseload including contentious probate matters involving challenges to the validity of wills, claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and equitable claims including proprietary estoppel and disputed trusts and trustees. While prior experience in contentious probate is welcome, it is not essential.
