We are seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join our Inheritance & Trust disputes team .   The role will involve a broad caseload including contentious probate matters involving challenges to the validity of wills, claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and equitable claims including proprietary estoppel and disputed trusts and trustees. While prior experience in contentious probate is welcome, it is not essential.
